Overview

Evelyne Durocher is an Occupational Therapist and Assistant Professor in the School of Rehabilitation Science at McMaster University. Through her work with older adults in inpatient rehabilitation and complex continuing care, Evelyne became interested in ethical issues in older adult health and social care. Her current research focuses on ethics and rehabilitation practice, specifically relating to questions of justice, vulnerability and equity in healthcare services for older adults. Her goal is to improve the health and social care experiences of older adults, family members and healthcare professionals.
