Overview

Jonathan Dushoff is a Professor in the Department of Biology and an Associate Member in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at McMaster University. His research is based on theoretical biology and focuses on computational and statistical approaches to practical biological questions. Jonathan has a particular interest in methods that combine dynamical mechanisms with statistical inference. He is currently focusing on the evolution and spread of infectious diseases among humans.
