Catherine Connelly is a professor for the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. She holds a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Organizational Behaviour and is a member of the College of New Scholars of the Royal Society of Canada (RSC). Catherine’s research explores people’s behaviours and motivations. She is interested in the attitudes, behaviours, and experiences of non-standard workers, the effects of leadership styles on leader well-being, and knowledge hiding in organizations. The Connelly Research Lab focuses on understanding how workplaces and employees are changing. Catherine is currently researching the experiences of workers with disabilities. She has published academic articles on life course differences in employment and arthritis among aging adults.
