Overview
Catherine Connelly is a Professor and Business Research Chair or organizational behaviour in the Human Resource & Management area of the DeGroote School of Business. Catherine’s research explores people’s attitudes and behaviours at work. She is interested in the experiences of migrant workers, gig workers, and contractors; the effects of leadership styles on leader well-being; the experiences of workers with disabilities; and knowledge hiding in organizations. Catherine is the director of the McMaster Organizational Behavior Laboratory and the McMaster Centre for Research on Employment and Work (MCREW).
