Overview

Catherine Connelly is a professor for the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. She holds a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Organizational Behaviour and is an emeritus member of the College of New Scholars of the Royal Society of Canada (RSC). Catherine’s research explores people’s behaviours and motivations. She is interested in the attitudes, behaviours, and experiences of migrant workers, gig workers, and contractors; the effects of leadership styles on leader well-being; the experiences of workers with disabilities; and knowledge hiding in organizations. The Connelly Research Lab focuses on understanding how workplaces and employees are changing.
