Overview

Michelle Wyndham-West is the Graduate Program Director of the MDes programs in Design for Health and Inclusive Design, as well as an Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) in the Faculty of Design at OCAD University. Michelle is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Health, Aging and Society Department at McMaster University. Michelle is a medical anthropologist specializing in design anthropology with a focus upon aging, equity, gender/intersectionality, health policy and critical co-design. Michelle is currently researching housing instability, low income older adults and aging in place in Hamilton, as well as equity based frameworks for housing policy.
