Overview
Laura Anderson is an professor in the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence and Impact (HEI) at McMaster University. Her research focuses on areas of life course epidemiology, population and public health. Laura is specifically interested in chronic disease prevention and understanding how modifiable determinants of health in early life impact healthy aging. She is the Hamilton site co-principal investigator for the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA), and ICES adjunct scientist and director of the Graduate Diploma in Community and Public Health.
