Katrina Choe
Overview
Katrina Choe is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour at McMaster University and a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Neurobiology of Social Behaviour. In her neuroscience research laboratory at McMaster University, where she applies a multi-level, integrative research strategy to link how gene mutations associated with psychiatric conditions impact the development and function of the central oxytocin system and social behaviour using animal models. Additionally, together with Dawn Bowdish, Dr. Choe examines how serious respiratory infections impact brain aging and cognition using animal models.
