Overview

Baniyelme Zoogah’s specific domain of research in human resources management is employee development and training. Zoogah examines questions on why, how, where, and what makes employees participate in development and training activities. At the moment he is am studying the competencies human resources professionals need to be able to manage employees who are care givers in organizations. Caregiver employees have dual roles, one of which focuses on caring for aged or sick parents as well as children or other family members.
