Optimizing Functional Performance of Older Adults

  • Fit Joint Pilot Trial is the first multi-modal prehabilitation model for frail/prefrail older adults going for hip or knee replacement

  • Fit Joint Pilot Trial will inform the design of future RCTs

  • We are conducting the first systematic review and network meta-analysis to compare different frailty interventions

  • Fracture Rating Scale is a valid fracture prediction tool tailored to long term-care residents.
