Caroline Lowisz is a PhD student in the Department of Kinesiology at McMaster University and a member of the Protein Metabolism Research Lab. Her work focuses on practical strategies to help older adults maintain muscle, strength and overall health. Caroline recently completed a two-year study on protein quality and lighter-load resistance training and is committed to sharing research in ways that translate into meaningful, everyday action.
