Sandra Moll
Overview
Sandra Moll is an Occupational Therapist and professor in the School of Rehabilitation Science at McMaster University. Dr. Moll’s primary interests and expertise are in the area of mental health and well-being at work and in the community with a focus on participatory methods (co-design, co-creation) and implementation science. Her key initiatives include Beyond Silence, supporting the mental health of healthcare providers by offering a mobile health platform that connects them with resources, trained peer supporters, and information to help reduce burnout and workforce attrition improving care for older adults. DoLiveWell promotes healthy aging by linking daily activity patterns to well-being, providing an evidence-based framework to inform policies and services. Additionally, her Equity-based Co-Creation initiative builds capacity for researchers, service providers, trainees, and individuals with lived experience through micro credentials that enhance skills in inclusive research and collaborative program development.
