Join us on Monday, October 6, from 4 PM – 6 PM at the Farncombe Atrium for a poster building workshop, designed to support trainees in developing strong research communication skills through the creation of effective research posters. This event will guide trainees through the fundamentals of creating an effective academic poster, including how to define its purpose, tailor content to an audience, and apply design principles that enhance clarity and accessibility.
The workshop will highlight common mistakes and offer practical strategies to avoid them. Trainees will take part in an interactive activity, evaluating sample posters to gain insight into what makes a poster impactful and well designed.
Dinner will be served to registered attendees.
