Richard Sztramko is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at McMaster University. He practices Geriatric Medicine and General Internal Medicine at St. Peter’s Hospital, Hamilton General Hospital, and Juravinski Hospital. Richard has developed training and professional experience in the field of aging through his work at the Memory and Aging Centre at the University of California, San Francisco, and as the Program Director in the Core Medicine training program at the University of British Columbia. Additionally, he founded Virtual Ward, a startup involving health care provider communication and handover within hospitals. Dr. Sztramko is currently completing a Masters of eHealth at McMaster University. His research focuses on clinician user interface design and analytics.
